January 5th and 6th 2007 were two days of intense brainstorming for the entire Prayag team, at our annual conclave "Fountainhead" . We spent 2 days at Angana Country Inn, to introspect on the interesting journey so far and gear ourselves for challenging days ahead.

We also had two industry experts giving us updates on trends and technology. M D Srinivas Rao of IBM Global Services gave an insight into Remote Infrastructure Management Services. Samir Pradhan of Infosys BPO detailed BPO & KPO trends.
