Strategic review exercise for a leading offshore IT services vendor

 

PSI Data Systems engaged Prayag Consulting to assess the market opportunities in select verticals as a part of a larger strategic review exercise that was being conducted internally. We adopted a collaborative approach to identify appropriate market segments for PSI to target. This study benefited the client greatly and helped them arrive at a roadmap to achieve their targets.

Prayag was involved in a comprehensive revamp of corporate and product marketing material for Lifetree India, a leading provider of transaction billing solutions. We were responsible for creating marketing communication material for all their products. Prayag delivered superior business communication to the client in a short span of time. The client used it to showcase their products in an overseas event.

On the anvil is Prayag’s annual Marketing Practices Study – a study providing insights into the marketing function in IT and ITeS organizations. The last two studies had participation from top tier IT and ITeS organizations as well as emerging players. Participants are entitled to a complimentary report on the findings.
